About Us: The engineers and professionals at The Jennings Denovich Group have been delivering good news to taxpayers since 2000. The Jennings Denovich Group partners with CPAs to maximize tax savings for their clients. The methods and procedures used rely on fully documented engineering and appraisal principles that have consistently withstood the scrutiny of IRS audit and CPA reviews.

The Jennings Denovich Group's extensive experience and knowledge of building construction, design, auditing, and estimating—as well as current legislation, regulations, revenue rulings, court cases, and direct review by the IRS—makes it uniquely qualified to produce engineering-based studies with a thorough and accurate analysis.

According to the IRS:
Cost segregation studies should be “performed by ‘qualified’ individuals or firms, such as those employing… ‘personnel competent in design, construction, auditing, and estimating procedures relating to building construction’.”
